With a workforce of over 250 crew members, we believe that no job is worth doing unless it's done safely. That means slowing down when it matters, never rushing a task to meet a deadline, and ensuring every person on site has the training, tools, and protection they need to go home safe at the end of every day. Safety is not a checkbox for us - it is a core value that shapes how we plan, how we work, and how we lead. We are grateful for the opportunity to work in nature, and we have a deep respect for the unique hazards that natural environments can present. From unpredictable terrain and weather to working around heavy equipment and energized lines, our crews are trained and prepared to recognize hazards and respond appropriately.

Training & Certifications

Our commitment to safety starts long before boots hit the ground. All of our foremen carry OSHA 30 certification, giving them the knowledge and authority to lead job sites with a safety-first mindset. Over 90% of our total workforce holds OSHA 10 certification - a standard that reflects our belief that every crew member, regardless of role, deserves a thorough understanding of workplace safety rights and hazard recognition.

For crews performing specialized tasks, we go further. We invest in MSHA training for work in and around mining environments, and Powersafe training for crews operating near energized infrastructure. We don't believe in applying a one-size-fits-all approach to safety education - the training our people receive is matched to the real risks they face on the job. 
Training & Certifications

PPE Minimums - Above Industry Standard

We hold ourselves to a higher standard when it comes to personal protective equipment, and our minimums reflect that commitment. Every field crew member is required to wear cut level A6 gloves, Type 2 Class E helmets, and steel-toed footwear - requirements that already exceed the standards set by many of our customers. We see PPE not as a burden but as a last line of defense, and we take that seriously.

When customers have their own specific or advanced PPE requirements, we don't just comply - we collaborate. We work directly with our clients ahead of mobilization to understand their standards and ensure our crews arrive on site fully equipped and ready to meet or exceed every expectation. No surprises, no shortcuts.

Our Experience Modification Rate of 0.64 speaks for itself. The industry average EMR sits at 1.0, meaning our rate is nearly 40% below that benchmark. This number is not an accident - it is the direct result of years of consistent investment in training, accountability, and a workforce that genuinely embraces a safety-first mindset. A low EMR means fewer incidents, fewer injuries, and a team that looks out for one another every single day. We are proud of this number, and we work hard every day to protect it.
